RECITAL TICKET SALES
Recital ticket sales will open Monday, April 17th.
Sat, June 3rd Aerial recital tickets are $10 each
Sunday, June 4th Dance recital tickets are $15 each pre sale, $20 at the door
children 4 and under are FREE

THE 6PM IS SOLD OUT, CONTACT 479-981-0850 TO GET ON A WAIT LIST FOR THE SHOW. THE 3PM SHOW IS CLOSE TO BEING SOLD OUT, NO MORE ONLINE TICKETS SALES BEING ACCEPTED. YOU NEED TO TEXT 479-981-0850 TO GET ON A WILL CALL LIST AND PAY CASH AT THE DOOR.

STAGE REHEARSALS
For all Aerial & Kids Circus classes
**Wednesday, May 31st for those in the 3pm (June 3rd) recital
**Thursday, June 1st for those in the 6pm (June 3rd) recital
all stage rehearsals for Aerial students at Elite Dance Studio
For all Dance classes
For all students performing in the Sunday, June 4th show your stage rehearsal will be scheduled in time slots on
**Tuesday, May 30th at the Eureka Springs Auditorium

MAY 31ST & JUNE 1 rehearsal is at ELITE DANCE STUDIO
REHEARSAL IS A CLOSED REHEARSAL. This means only staff, performers and volunteers are allowed inside the theatre
ARRIVALS
Please drop your dancer off on the dance studio side of the building.
Do NOT drop off your dancers any more than 15-20mins for their rehearsal. Someone will be there to check in your kiddo.
Check in: drop off your dancer with staff, let them know who will be picking them up
WHAT THEY WEAR
Wednesday Kids Circus is the only class wearing costumes. Everyone else DO NOT wear costumes. They can wear either their dance class clothes, or leggings and their recital t shirt
Please do not send them with snacks or drinks, the theatre does not allow them today.
PICK UP PROCESS
Please come into the lobby for pick up at the ending time of their rehearsal. Staff will grab your dancers and release over to you with a signature. Please do NOT try and come into the gym side, wait for staff to help you. We will have volunteers and staff stationed in the lobby.
TICKETS
If you are needing to pick up tickets purchased online, we will have those in the lobby available after rehearsal only. If you need to purchase tickets, we will also have those. Please have exact change if paying cash. Please purchase your tickets online through our link on the website if you need to use a card.
QUESTIONS
Please remember our staff is super busy and always check the website first for info before asking staff.
The best way to get a question answered is to text us 479-981-0850 and staff will do our best to answer in a timely manner but remember we are running rehearsals today and are very busy

PROGRAM AD SALES
Recital program ads support your dancer by buying ads that can include a picture / pictures, words of wisdom, best wishes, or congratulations. Family, friends, grandparents, aunts, uncles and local businesses can sponsor a picture page for your dancer.
Program ads and shoutouts will need to be emailed to EliteBerryville@gmail.com
The ad formats being accepted are - PDF files & Jpeg photos
Our deadline for all ads will be May 10th.
